Deposit amount is 50% of the booth cost
Balances are due 30 days prior to the show
We will have onsite, 24-hour indoor and outdoor security. Our security team comes directly from the San Antonio Police Department and has been working in conjunction with our trade show since inception 32 years ago.

We use a non-union facility. If the merchandise arrives the Wednesday of show week or later PTS will receive the shipment at no charge
We have secured non-union labor that will help load and unload your merchandise quickly and efficiently. These folks work on tips so feel free to show them your gratitude. For your convenience, you’ll have access to loading docks of varying heights.
Setup is the Thursday of the show 9am-7pm and Friday 7am-9am
All early registrants will be invited to shop during VIP hours (Fri. 9am – 11am) before the doors open to the public. This shopping opportunity is for our elite business owners only. No guests or employees will be allowed during these exclusive hours
Commercial businesses are not subject to any fee to attend, but you must be a qualified buyer.
Parking is free for all PTS buyers
To maintain the wholesale integrity of PTS’s trade events, buyers should limit guests to two per buyer and qualify all professional buyers in PTS’s registration system. For guests essential to business (limit two per registered buyer) there is a $20 non-refundable show service fee. Spouses are welcome and not subject to the guest fee. Guests are required to stay with the buyer.

PTS does not allow anyone under the age of 16 admittance to the show.
